Our team will pre-screen, register, vet and build an in-depth profile of each ECT looking for their first teaching opportunity and give you first access to our talented candidates
Your school or MAT will then be invited to a ‘Recruitment Day’ where you will have the chance to personally meet and greet hundreds of ECTs looking to work in your region.
